‘Axe grinding’ extreme in Madison

Gee folks, the “axe grinding” continues in Madison County.

Let’s be clear about the election year fiasco we recently experienced; as in the political motivated and frivolous lawsuit apparently “engineered” to ensure Sheriff Erik Weaver wouldn’t win. Had this FOIA suit not been filed everybody involved would have been far better off, including financially. Fortunately, enough county voters saw through the whole charade and Erik Weaver was reelected.

Congratulations again, Sheriff Weaver.

Now, as far as the quote from the recent Aroda letter goes, “Now, I am not saying he [Sheriff Weaver] was guilty…” Such a statement is superfluous. The court settled it, with a “not guilty” verdict and we now need to get on with trying to restore peace and tranquility hereabouts. However, there’s a significant “fly in the MC ointment.”

Our “Madison County malaise” includes, but isn’t limited to, the hypocritical lynching of two county officials a while back, to the ongoing indecision about the Criglersville Elementary School. Fortunately, or unfortunately, which, the cause of our continuing demise can plainly be found in Scripture, as in, “…judgment must begin at the house of God.”

To wit, our overall problem is unrepentant in the hearts of individuals; and had the pastors of about 66 of the 67 or so churches listed in this county not preached a watered down version of the “gospel of Christ” for the past 25 years we, Lord willing, could/would have seen a glorious spiritual revival.

Unfortunately, these “shepherds” have thrown out the God-authored AV Bible, the old hymn books and the inherent “Blood-washed” songs contained therein, and have turned to “off the wall praise,” Saturday-night-down-loaded, unholy, “purpose driven” sermons; including “itching ears” homilies, and yes, apparently “doctrines of devils.” Hence, ‘brethren,’ we have what you see manifested hereabouts in this county.

Finally, be thereof sure dear folks, if we don’t learn to cooperate, and thus “graduate,” and get back to the “old paths, where is the good way,” we’re going to be “found wanting,” as this nation plunges into the abyss. That is, the approaching abyss which the “globalists” and One World Government crowd have prepared for the, “Land of the free and the home of the brave.” Mark the day your saw this in The Eagle!
